How We Use Donations.
Your generous donations directly fund:

PAL’s annual Youth Leadership Academy which is tuition free for Quad Cities’ high school students

Scholarships for the Male Youth and Female Youth Leaders of the Year:

$2000 each for the Male and Female Youth Leader of the Year and

$500 each for Male and Female Youth finalists

Ron & Betsy Barnes Youth Leadership
Scholarship Fund.
The Ron and Betsy Barnes Youth Leadership Scholarship Fund provides scholarship awards for our annual Youth Leaders of the Year, while honoring our Founder Ron and his “Beloved” Betsy, long-standing servant leaders in the Quad Cities area.
