PAL's Board of Directors has the duty and power to act for, and on behalf of, the organization and shall be responsible for conducting all business necessary to achieve the purposes of all Prescott Area Leadership programs.

Board members must be graduates of PAL’s leadership education program and all serve in a volunteer capacity for the duration of their Board terms.  All Board members shall exemplify the mission and vision of PAL and shall serve as enthusiasic PAL ambassadors in our communites.
