Requirements

Members must actively participate in the following activities:

First year commitment includes:
►August Two-day Retreat                ►Nine Monthly Issue Days 
►A Mid-Year Skills Day                     ►Six Field trips
►Shadowing Exercise                       ►Program Support Activities

Second year commitment includes:
1.  Mandatory attendance at the December Skill Building Day (Second Friday in
December); AND

2.  Oral presentation (3-5 minutes) to the Board summarizing what you learned
about leadership in the first year; AND

3.  Mentor 1st year class member with same issue day; AND

4.  Earn a minimum of 75 points through a combination of the following options:

            A.  Active Participation on a committee/subcommittee

            B.  Active Participation on the PAL Board of Directors

            C.  Servant Leadership Project
                       
            D.  Attendance at Issue Day

            E.  Attend a Field Trip/Mixer
